If it's the first mousepad/wristpad combo you've ever used, then it might feel really nice. I've used others in the past, however, and most of them usually use a nice silky or microfiber cover material to both make your wrist happy and increase the mouse scroll sensitivity. While this one has a nice foam wrist rest, its cover material is somewhat abrasive, making the contact surface hot and uncomfortable after long use.
