The keyboard had food and other debris in it so I had to return the keyboard to the store. Your staff were very friendly and helpful and turned an unpleasant experience into just a minor annoyance.

Don’t Trust specs on Best Buy website because they’re wrong. I’m sure the keyboard is fine but this HUGE inconvenience of misinformation irritates me off because now I have to make another trip into a Best Buy.

Keyboard Uneven

Couldn't return due to emergency surgery. When I checked to see if I could return was advise 07/15/01 was the last date. I purchased as part of exchange on 07/01.

Almost useless

Plugged into a Win10 PC and the only keys that actually do what they're supposed to are the alpha-numeric keys. Press <ENTER> and I have no idea what key press it's sending to the computer because the computer just starts issuing random key presses.

Doesn’t work well for Mac

Didn’t want to buy the Apple magic keyboard with number pad but after this cheap option didn’t work we ended up having to.

This one initially worked but after a couple of hours, it just stopped. If I unplugged it and plugged it back in, it would work for a while. This had to be repeated a couple times per day. I took it back the next day.

It happens randomly - one minute I was typing ok the next minute it stops for no reason.

I have to constantly pull the plug in/out the back of computer for keyboard to work. That is extremely annoying. I guess you can say you get what you pay for.

Not what I was looking for

Simple keyboard that stopped working
