Cheap but doesn’t work so good for Apple computers

The Mac doesn’t completely recognize it.. you have to go through a keyboard identification process on the Mac, and on older macs, you occasionally have to Unplug it and plug it back in since it will stop working. The good points are the feel of the keyboard, it’s light, and it never needs batteries. For my windows machine, it works awesome.

Great keyboard for the money!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do a lot of computer repairs, so I have a KVM that allows me to have up to 4 computers connected to the same Keyboard, Video (monitor), and Mouse. The problem is that my setup is using an older KVM (to be compatible with older PS/2 connections), and when I have to enter BIOS Setup, the keys don't work. I bought this keyboard so I can get into BIOS and do other things that need a keyboard before Windows boots. This Insignia USB Keyboard was the perfect solution!
