The old one wasn't working well; the keys stuck or did not print at all. The new "Insignia" is very smooth and sharp. Older folks may even need larger letters to see what they are typing. Probably should've done my research better but I thought having a spare USB port on keyboards was a standard anymore for those of us with USB mice. Not this model. Otherwise, lower profile keys which is nice as someone who types a lot.

The keys are slightly raised and don't make a lot of noise when pressed. Obviously, if you're looking for a gaming keyboard, this ain't it. This is just a basic keyboard without a lot of bells and whistles.

I needed a quick fix. It works most of the time but occasionally one of the drivers interacts with one on my machine and it locks up. Simply unplug and reset.
