didn't work on my Mac as promised

It would work for ten minutes, then keystrokes would do nothing. If I unplugged it from the computer, then plugged it in again, it would work again. For another ten minutes. Maybe it was the keyboard, maybe it was my Mac. I didn't have time to mess around with Support. Just took it back to Best Buy and returned it with no problem. Bought a Mac keyboard instead.
