Once in awhile, while they work they do act differently and their life span is shorter so the value is misleading since you buyb2 for the price of 1 but 1 lasts a long time

I had used the Insignia brand last time I replaced my Samsung filter, at the urging of a Best Buy appliance salesperson. It seemed to work fine but when it came time to replace it I couldn’t remove it. At all. I had never experienced this with the Samsung brand. I spoke with Samsung and 3 Best Buy experts including 2 Geek Squad members. It took my husband and me 2 days of working with it to finally remove it. I read and follow instructions well. Even after turning off the water supply it took 2 different kinds of pliers and another day to remove it. I replaced it with the very pricy Samsung filter that I had to buy elsewhere since Best Buy had none in stock. I doubt I will ever purchase any Insignia product after this experience.

I thought maybe I got a defective item. I removed it and replaced with another filter, but the result was still the same. It would take at least 25 minutes to fill up a small cup. Definitely I will not recommend this products to anybody.
