    The two plugs are a pain, USB is the way to go. Rosetta Stone didn't recognize it. I'd return it but I destroyed the packaging getting it out. Probably donate it to Goodwill or somewhere.

    I used this headset for my Rosetta Stone lessons. It is very comfortable and provides good quality sound in this application. The microphone seems to work well. There are times when I get the answer wrong, but that is most likely due to my mispronunciation.

    I love these, i used to have cyberacoustic headset with the volume control in the cable that I could not find at this price point. I thought i would give INSIGNIA a try and am VERY PLEASED and bought several more as backup and gave some to family members also.. REALLY LIKE THEM at this price its a STEAL !

    I bought these headphones because I wanted something economical to use for gaming and international phone calls to the US using skype. For the price, the quality is superb!     This is a great headset for gaming. It has great surround sound, so that you can hear your game crystal clear. The headset has good comfort on it so that your ears will not hurt after awhile. You may have to manually set up the mic on your computer, also there is no mute button or switch on it. Overall this is a great headset.
