The only thing is that the earmuffs are a bit uncomfortable especially if used for a long time.

My voice drops out completely or I sound like I'm talking from under water. Will likely be purchasing a new headset with a better mic.

However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. The earpieces are bulky and the set as a whole is rather heavy and tight on the head/ears. Wish I had had the opportunity to try on in store before purchasing.
