I can hear clearly. The only problem is the headset is not compatible with a business phone system (i.e. Dialpad). The person on the end of phone hear echoing, muffling and static sounds.

However the build quality is pretty flimsy and the wire pretty thin and sure to break the first time it meets the chair rollers.

Not USB capable

This has the old headset and microphone connection and will need USB Apter for newer computers.
