    I have 2 kids and they are in a distance learning program. they use these headphones every day. so far I don't any complaints. it comes 1-year manufacture warranty.

    They are cheap - which is good. I bought these to assist with working from home due to the corona virus. I need a microphone headset for video and teleconferences. I'm sorry to say that the audio quality is extremely poor. I tried it with several different computers and different connections, but equally poor quality. People on the other end were surprised at the low quality as well. A complete waste of money. I will have to find another microphone/headset to use.

    These headphones are okay. I use them for working at home during COVID. My customers can hear me sometimes and there is a bunch of static. It maybe the reception on both ends but they get the job done. I would recommend if you have no other options.

    I hear very well, and the ease of moving around my office is great. However, more customers complain that they can't hear me. It is very unnerving.

    One would think that the photo would show the plug to be sure the purchaser understood that the Headset was NOT a USB Headset. But no. You really do not know until it arrives. Now, you must go to a BestBuy Center to process a refund. What a waste of time...

    Went online and asked why RS didn’t hear me when using my iPad. They said I need a wired headset with a mic. I asked at BB and was told this is what I need. Bought it and have the same problem. It’s probably a good product but it didn’t work. Thanks
