I used it on my phone and people had a hard time hearing me. When plug into the computer it's not loud. I can hear my dog snoring loud while using it. I think I got the defected one. I should of taken it back and get another one.

It was packaged in plastic, so no chance to try it on beforehand - and ouch! it is so tight it pinches my ears. Within 3 months the audio output (mic) connector stopped working, too.

I was very disappointed to find that although the headset worked well, the boom mic did not work in my Mac. I had to use an ear bud based system with a mic on the cord. Very disappointed.

I'm not big on and Bluetooth items. It's small, just to heavy for me personally. I did return it only because I could not get adjusted to the heaviness.
