We learned the hard way that you cannot return things at Best Buy after 15 days, so that was money down the drain. We will not be shopping at Best Buy anymore now that I know. She also said she couldn't take it back because the box was opened, so that means we could not return it based on it being uncomfortable either.

Unfortunately, his friends could hear everything in his game which they found very distracting. Then, they could barely hear him when he talked. We returned these and got a higher quality headphone.

Lots of harsh noise heard by others on calls when using the headphones. Tried on two different phones and same issue. Would not recommend these headphones!

There was a cheaper one, a higher end one and this one was in the mid range. First use it was great. Second time ok. Third time the mic broke. Headphones still work. Wish I had went for the higher end!
