My husband was having a hard time hearing the TV. I was told by a friend to try the Insignia over the ear wireless headphones. He loves them.

I went through 3 of these units before someone, with adequate knowledge, was able to tell me that they no longer make wireless headsets for CD Players. Yes they were always polite, but if you work in a particular department, the customer counts on you for reliable assistance.

purchased this product to use as a quiet alternative for my guest TV. The product works fine but required an A to D converter and an optical cable to make it work. The charge life is only about 6 hrs for this product as oppossed to the sony's 15 hr. charge life

They have never worked, won't hold a charge and when it DOES charge enough to try to use them they only work on one side. Disappointed in the product and am returning them for a refund.

Defective right out of the box; tried it on 2 different tv's but no sound came thru. Returned item and upgraded to Sony brand for an extra $20. It was worth it since it was a Christmas present for my hubby.

I was excited to purchase this item for use in the bedroom while my better half sleeps. I tried watching Downtown Abbey with the head phones and found the sound very muffled. I think it is from the analog feature. Not as good of sound quality as earbuds for iphone/ipad.

It allows me to screen outside sounds to hear what was being said on TV.

My purchase works just fine. I am always confident that whatever I buy will be satisfactory. And their return policy is generous.

When wanting to use it never turned on, communicate with the brand and they did not give me any solution, I live in Argentina, I hope that in September when I go to Best Buy they can change the product for another one, but that it works!
