loved price, sound not so much

Words were muffled and blended in with background sounds which defeated the purpose for me. I'm hard of hearing so having the words be crisp and clear from a headset was my priority. I ended up taking them back and getting Sony brand and they work perfectly.

She was used to the slim TV Ears but they kept breaking so I purchased these Insignia over the ears headphones. Unfortunately, Mom found them very uncomfortable and she complained they hurt her ears. The sound quality was good but they were unusable due to the comfort level.
