Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got exactly what I wanted; a wireless headset that allowed me to listen to the TV while my husband, who is hard of hearing, listens to broadcasts on his PC with speakers turned on way too loud! The set up is via the headphone jack with adapter that didn't take hardly anytime to get them to work. The only negative is that although I also have an insignia smart tv, either the headset functions for sound or just the tv alone; can not have both at the same time. The after holiday sale made the price well worth the convenience.

poor connection between base and phones

I returned the units(2) and purchased one Sony head set and base which works great. Planning to purchase another Sony unit this holiday season.This is the first time that I have purchased an Insignia product that was poor.

I could not adjust it to a smaller size, so it slipped when I moved my head. It was also too heavy. I can't say I would recommend it, as that would not be fair.
