It felt too heavy and I returned it because it was uncomfortable to wear. Otherwise seemed like a good product

These headphones are good quality and very easy to set up. Lightweight, easy to keep clean. Sound is very good. Would definitely recommend.

The charging pins are not well designed so it is hard to get it in the charging cradle correctly. I have also had problems getting it to pair up with docking station.

I'm a senior and hard of hearing consumer. I like action, sports and anything that requires an increase of volume ... vibrating and pounding ... against my chest! Unfortunately, my beloved wife does not share my enthusiasm. Having recently purchased a new TV and Sound Bar; my oldest daughter gave me this product to save my marriage! I'm completely happy with these headphones ... an so is "Mama".

Bought these so my wife and I could watch TV while the grand baby sleeps. I have a Denon Sound Bar and have to turn it up too high to hear it and dont want to wake the baby. Had to do some conversion to make it work properly with my TV (Samsung 65 Plasma). TV has only an optical (Toslink) output for the audio and the headphones will only take analog in. Bought a Digital Audio to Analog Audio converter from Radio Shack to fix this problem. Works great. My next bump was fixing it so that I did not have to unplug the Fiber from my Denon Sound Bar to plug into the converter to use the headphones. That was solved by purchasing a optical splitter from Best Buy web site. (Marketplace Vendor). I bought two of these headphones for my wife and I and was very impressed with the sound quality. We find ourselves using the headphones more than the sound bar. Each unit has an analog input and analog output so you can daisy chain multiple units. I am planning on purchasing 2 more unit so when we have company they can share in the great sound these headphones provide. One more note, I did not notice and degregation in the sound quality using the splitter and converter. Actually because the sound is focused directly into the ear I heard more of the audio that I could with the sound bar and much crisper.

Not pleased with sound quality. Went to purchase Sony brand, out of stock. Hopefully a better set then Insignia.

These headphones did not work well at all. I ended up returning them and ordered sennheiser headphones that were great.

The plastic that held the headphones together broke/cracked after two uses. This was a very disappointing purchase!

I was told it was bluetooth ready also and is wasnt. Tried connecting it via bluetooth to my Sony tvs,Pioneers Stereo and tablets and didnt work on non.

I gave the head set to my husband for Christmas we have just returned back to our home.My husband was excited to watch TV & HEAR.alas the head set does not work.

I bought this for my husband and have tried it on 2 different tvs but can hear that it gets power but no sound so I am still with an unresolved problem

Followed the instructions precisely but still could not get the headphones to sink up to the base. Tried numerous times to no avail. Had to return product

I will be returning this to Best Buy for either assistance/exchange or refund.

I love these headphones. They were easy to install and I can watch TV without disturbing the rest of the family at night. I can get up and walk to the kitchen and still listen to what I'm watching. I've had headphones in the past where I ended up with interference from the surrounding apartments. Don't have that issue with these. I hooked them up in a matter of minutes without having to to read the instructions. I knew to charge them first before I installed them.

The included instrctions are VERY VERY confusing:(. After buying a pair...NOT being able to sync...I bought a 2nd. pr. after reading a GREAT review from 2 yrs. ago !! Simply charge the unit a few hours...plug the cables ( red & white) into your cable box. The other end into the headphone charging cradle. Voila !! No headaches, no adapters, easy as pie. sounds great. The sound actually came from downstairs on the t.v. my wife was watching...same channel. The headphones synced effortlessly !! They sound as good as a more expensive Sennheiser set I had years ago. Now I can sleep and wife can watch t.v. to her hearts desire !! WHY the confusing instructions???

Worst design ever. Wireless but most be within 15 feet of plugged in base. Phone must be plugged in to base.

I returned this item because i did not want a base station .bought a blue tooth adapter ionstead

Product was junk from the box. Volume control no good. Ear piece broke. Returned item.

I purchased these headphones to replace the Sony headphones that I had for YEARS. The first pair I purchased died within a couple weeks after purchase, started having issues pairing with the base. I have seen this as a reoccurring problem with other reviews. This second pair appears to be holding up. I'm hoping this second pair holds out, but I'm only two weeks into them. So far the fit and sound are good. They do react to surrounding interference from other devices, such as WiFi range extender. Know before you buy. Still a good by for under $100.
