The headphones are too bulky and heavy for a small person like myself.

Not truly Bluetooth and didn't work for any of my devices.

Once properly synced and installed product works very well, will great sound quality and no lag, but the instructions could have made getting to that point so much easier. Here's the part the instructions fail to mention...simply plug the audio jacks into the the audio output on the back of your cable provider set-top box and mute the TV....Voila!!! Instead the instructions show a diagram of plugging the included audio jacks directly into the TV via in the audio out ports on the TV (which my TV didn't have) or into the RCA speaker port (which mine did have) with the RCA adapter that comes with the headphones. When I tried following the instructions, not only was the sound quality horrible on the headphones, but I couldn't mute the TV which defeats the whole purpose of owning these. After using a little common sense I figured that the audio is coming directly from the set-top box so the audio out on the STB was where the connection needed to be made. Hopefully this advice saves any would-be-purchasers the frustration and Best Buy a returned item. They work as advertised now and I'm very happy I have them (They are very comfortable as well!)

Functioned as advertised. Purchased for my parent to hear tv without turning so loud we could hear outside. No Bose but Worked great for price.

I purchased these headphones so I could lie in bed and watch tv but not keep my bed partner awake. Right from the beginning, they gave me problems. They were so tight on my head, they gave me a headache. Adjusting the headset did nothing to loosen the tension. Also, when I tried to lie back, the ear cups would push on the backs of my ears, creating even more pain. The whole point of my wanting these headphones was to watch tv in bed, so if I can't do that, what good are they to me? In addition, the charging station, which appears simple at first, is not that easy to use. The headpiece has to lay a specific way in order to plug into a multi-pronged socket on the base. In the dark, it is nearly impossible to get the earpiece to align with the prong, and it is not easy to tell that it didn't connect unless you turn the lights on! Otherwise, the next night, the headphones are dead! I will say that the sound was very crisp and clear, as advertised, and I walked all around my house (1500 sq ft) without losing a signal or suffering static. Still, I returned them and bought a more expensive Sony headset and they hiss and crackle constantly, just 3 feet away! I will be returning those, too! They totally suck!

The owners manual does not explain how to hook up without disabling TV audio. When I called the customer service number I was connected with a very rude customer service agent. I bought these on sale and I am very happy. They are amazing quality. Pretty good sound and very comfortable. I do lose connection occasionally, but not often. I definitely recommend these!

I bought these headphones as a gift for a family member who is in a nursing home & has to share a room. After visiting on several occasions & noticing on how loud the volume was on each of their tvs, I decided to purchase these headphones so that he could watch tv quietly without having to continually turn up the volume on his tv trying to hear over his roommate's tv, making them both happy.

I bought these wireless headphones for my Dad as he has issues with the background noise associated with live HD sports programming like golf & football. These headphones work perfect for this application. The wireless range on these is very good, as he wears them in the kitchen on the other side of the house about 50-60 feet away with no problem. As far as the audio quality, these are very entry-level & thus pretty limited. But, for the price, this is a solid product. The trickiest part of using these is putting them back on the charger. It's a very difficult & arduous task that takes practice.

My brother's TV had no headphone jack, only RCA plug audio output. I was looking for some remote headphones for his TV and found these at BB. These work perfectly for him and he loves them. He can also listen to CDs playing on his Blu-ray player via the TV and even though these are not specifically designed for music, they sound great.

These were simple to set up and the sound is very good. My only concern is that I could only get them to work on one TV so I didn't by a second set for the bedroom tv.

Purchased these pair of headphones after returning a store brand version from Radio Shack and have to say I'm certainly glad I made the decision to purchase these. Sounds pretty good and more importantly it is definitely comfortable. Wearing it for a few hours you can be sure that it won't hurt your ears.

I bought this so the tv would not bother my hub at night because he has to get up so early. They are great, easy to hook up sound for me is great, it does loose sound IF I walk to far from the base unit but I have had no problems going into a different room. Great price too!!

They have a much better sound then my wife yelling at me to turn down the TV at night. Crystal clear sound, and I wear them to the fridge down stairs for my late night snack and don't miss a beat!

These head phones are incredible. I went from watching TV and reading the lips of the characters while my husband slept to actually being able to hear what they were saying. I could put the volume up as loud as I wanted. The range is great too. I could go out in the kitchen and still hear my show. These are going to make great Holiday gifts. These are a must have when you have someone that goes to bed early. Plus now I don't hear my husband snore.

Bought this product for my grandfather to help him amplify TV volume. Product contexts pretty easily, has good range, and seems to be quality

I bought and returned one set then bought another thinking it was defective. The issue was that they are not compatible with LG TVs. It worked on my Toshiba but this was a gift for mom who only has LG.

Having some ear problems, I needed something to help my listening. Using this headphone along with the Optical digital to analog converter, I was able to easily connect my TV to the headphone transmitter. Most TV does not have audio out for headphone. This is a kit that works.

Bought this for my father who will come in late and wear this to watch TV at night, and to not wake my mother. For the money it was great. Usually after these you jump to the $200 dollar range, and this was affordable and a great product
