Helped my husband finally hear the TV

But, it was the best experience I've ever had exchanging something, in & out in 5 minutes! Only been using the new one for a couple of weeks, it's ok so far.

Very Good Value

They are terrific, allowing them to really hear the audio well without blasting the room. THe Bluetooth allows movement around the room (e.g., get up during commercials, stream music, etc.) It is ESSENTIAL to have a non-optical audio out on your TV. From there, it is a snap to install. Once you figure out how to return the headset to the cradle so it charges, you don't run into problems. The little red/blue light is very useful for knowing the headset is properly seated. Much better value than the comparable Sony.
