Useful but has problems

Need and wanted smaller head set, even ear buds would be great but according to Best Buy staff, "everything with TV is always 'over the ear', " just want a smaller head set so I can lay on my side, watch and see TV in bed, and not disturb my wife's sleep with TV noise. It will do for now, but i am still on the search for a comparable wireless device with the qualities I described, I suppose price was reasonable, and don't spread out the head band very far because it breaks easily. Sought and was given a replacement by Best Buy...great customer service after the sale!

Good product for people who are hard of hearing.

My husband is hard of hearing, and he needs the technology for all of our sanity. We have not hooked this up yet due to being ill during the holidays. the rechargeable batteries are a plus.
