The volume is sometimes too low for what I need, and being a little hearing impaired it would help. Otherwise they work just fine- Can't be too far away from base, as static will interfere.

Great for watching TV late at night

I use them at night when everyone is sleeping so I can hear the tv and not bother anyone else. I did have a pair of these before and they worked great for a little over a year before they broke, so I just bought another pair again because they are wireless and work with my older model tv.

Warning for TV users

However, a big heads-up for those wanting to use them for TV. If your TV does not have an RCA "Audio OUT" connection or 3.5mm audio out; which most newer TV's do not, there is no way of connecting the headphones. I would give 5 stars if the product provided other (optical) connection options.
