Hit or Miss

I spoke with s very nice and honest sales associate about the problem I had, and he said this was not uncommon. He said it's just a technology they haven't quite mastered yet. He did say that some people are able to sync them up with their televisions, but most can't. Beware before purchasing.

Best Buy purchase and they were not compatible

I called Insignia and got Tech and agent got me all hooked up to plug into my headphone jack as his manual said. The manual was wrong. No jack outlet. No way to connect them. Had to return them.
