I bought these for a new tv that we put in our basement. I charged them up and they sounded good to me, but when my wife tried them, she said they weren't clear. I kept them but had to go buy the Sony earphones to make the wife happy.

You have to turn your tv up in order to hear thru the earphones. If you lower your tv to where it's almost off -- you can hardly hear through the earphones. Price is adequate.

It took several tries before it would pair. Sync fails from time to time, annoying. Sound is static and cuts in and out. I'm not sure if the other wireless headphone best buy sells is any better but you may want to spend the money. Would not buy the insignia wireless headphone again.

That means that when the background music comes on strong it really blows us out of the room. With these it only effects me and not her so she loves them. Of course it also means that I can hear the movie and with my ears covered I can't hear anyone else.
