Signal can be disrupted, but great when it works.

I contacted BestBuy with the problem and they told me that they could not cover them under warranty. These had the right speaker of the headset come apart and when I contacted the service department they refused to repair these since they were made poorly and with cheep plastic that they could not find the wires to make the repair. BestBuy should remove this inferior product from their stores and online purchase department. I will never purchase another product manufactured by Insignia. Save your money and look for the Sony wireless headphones for your television which only cost a little bit more than the junk Insignia wireless headphones and cover their products with a far better warranty. I hope that this saves someone else the cost of these poorly made products.
