I lost some of the functions on my remote when I plugged in the headphones. The sound was ok, but I found I could not wear them for more than 10 minutes before they hurt my ears.

I had never purchased wireless headphones before. I was a little hesitant about this purchase, but I am happy with my choice. They work great and are very convenient.

It did what it said it was supposed to do. It just was not comfortable for me because I have neck issues. I think it would work great for somebody else who didn't.

I wasn't very happy with these earmuffs. They weren't very comfortable and there was only several setting for the volume. I brought them back and purchased the Sony Earmuffs

Insignia wireless headphone was easy to set up, battery life is good. But the headphone is a bit cumbersome for me .

And it doesn't look like anyone interested to know "why" it isn't working any longer. Given that it is Best Buy brand, I was sure that someone would at least attempt to diagnose the reason. However, I was told that it isn't repairable and just return or exchange for a new one. I did the exchange although not sure it would work longer...

I love the larger screen then other smart phones. It's easy to use & was a fantastic price at Best Buy, even a better price then my phone carrier was offering, so check your phone carrier's prices first then look at Best Buy's...chances are Best Buy has the lower price & more of the accessories on sale!!

This was a great find for my mom. We can now be in the same room and the tv does not have to be so blaring loud. My mom puts on the headphones and she can adjust the hearing to high and I can watch tv at a normal volume.

I've always been impressed with the quality and price of Insignia products. It's also nice to know there's still a physical store where I can see and study a product and get knowledgeable assistance if needed.

These headphones do the trick! Needed something so I can watch TV while my wife slept. Mission accomplished.

My husband and I love them! Now I don't have to listen to football all the time and he can do movies too....

Stylish headset but that's where the enticement ends. The speakers are dull without any treble. At least I don't have to play em loud!

The sound is OK. I would have given a higher rating but the only way to switch from headset to TV speakers is to unplug unit from the TV.

this is my third set of these and we have had to return them to the store and I'm not very happy with them

Good sound quality, good range. I like having volume controls on headset.

The quality is very good when using the headset, but only complaint is that its a little difficult docking the headset to charge it.

The Insignia headphones were good sound quality with 2.4 GHZ carrier freq., but it interfered with my RF remote for the new Tivo Bolt. The remote stopped working. The headphones hurt the edges of my ears, very uncomfortable.

Does a nice job .I lke the fact that is rechargeable and confortable.

My husband loves them except for how to store them in the charger, He has a hard time clicking them back in to set properly to charge

I have tried buying this item twice (with several years in between). This last purchase was just like the last, if not worse. Connection between headsets and back of tv kept going in and out. Device died after several minutes, even though it was left charging over-night. very disappointed.....I do not recommend!
