We have a receiver and speakers all over our TV room. Unfortunately these only block basic TV and not all other speakers. We returned them.

This product is outdated technology. The sound lags when watching a movie. Bluetooth audio will cut off unexpectedly.

I bought 2 of these. Both are the same with intermittent sound, like a weak signal, but the distance is less than 15 feet. I thought the problem with the first was an individual fault, but with 2 on them I suspect the design. I am not pleased with the unit, but I haven't the receipts to return them! I am still trying to long charge them to see if it is a battery problem? Buy a more expensive (better?) unit !

I bought the wrong brand, I should a choose a better brand and better quality but Best Buy didn't offer it in the store. Pore connection, always skipping, I had to exange the first one, now they both skip or one side work better than the other, I will never recommend INSIGNIA to any body. I should stick with SAMSUNG or SONY and order it online.

My husband is harded of hearing and even with hearing aids he still has the tv louder than I like it. With the earphones he has the loudness he likes and now the tv is at a low level that I like.

sound was garbled on low settings. Had to turn the volume on tv up and then it defeated the purpose of ear phones.

Headsest 2 feet from device and constantly looses connection. Waste of money.

My mother in law bought these as a replacement for her old pair. Not as comfortable as the previous pair but they work well.

Bought for a hard-of-hearing person and they are wonderful. TV volume is now at a bearable level and I can even mute the TV while she still watches it.

Bought it for watching TV while running on treadmill. First product I got was defected and working on the right side only. Went to exchange at BestBuy stored and store had no more in stocks and they had accept my suggest for exchanging to another headphone (different maker) with $10.00 difference in price. They asked me went to another store at 9:30 PM at night. Very frustrated with customer services

My treadmill is noisy and I had to put the TV volume up very high to hear it, now I can use the wireless headphones while exercising. Works out great!

These are ok wireless headphones. They definitely work for drowning out my neighbor's super loud music. Moments of pausing and/or static do occur. If static is prolonged, turn the base charger off and on again...Usually fixes the static issue for me. Sony was out of stock when I bought these. I should've waited.

This is more for watching tv than for music. I definitely would get something without all the hook ups

I like the overall product but a review of instructions needs tweeking as its missing one step for a cable connection to the TV

I've bought 3 pair of these because they are great to use and to have. I cannot stand listening to the news but dad watches it every night. Now I don;t have to listen to it!

my husband and i require different volumes to hear the television. the headphones recommended by the doctor are our solution.

Has good sound easy to use. Enjoy using them. The sound is good for the price.

not the best for someone with hearing problem. Need earphones for listening to Netflix and different one for TV

These work well and are easy to set up. In fact there's really no set up. They worked right out the box. The only thing that would make these better is if the were noise cancelling and had less pressure on my temples.

My wife enjoys the quiet when I'm listening to a movie with its variable volume sound track. I enjoy the privacy of watching whatever I wish. Great item for not disturbing others.
