Plugs are very hard to install. I have an appointment between 12 and 8 with Geek Squad but can confirm on line. Long wait time on phone. I'll update if Geek Squad shows up and has more luck.

It does work for Pandora but it does give a slight humming sound. The phone capabilities are terrible on this thing. I wouldn’t give this to my ex-wife

It installs very easy, but has terrible feedback and static noise. I tried to be right next to it and interference was present no matter. I wish it would have worked.

Does not stay connected to any of my bluetooth devices it repeatedly loses the signal and the 3.5 mm jack on the product is very flimsy and feels like it will break inside of the device at any moment.
