I am very unhappy with my purchase. I have returned the product once already due to the charging connection It won’t charge anymore. Same thing that happen to the first one I want a refund

I bought this as a gift but it was not a good product. It had an initial charge but it could not be recharged for some odd reason. I lost my receipt and could not exchange it.

I am Completely disappoind with this purchase. The speaker was already used and returned by someone. This was not working. So, returned it back. Unfortunately store has only the one I purchased.

This speaker has poor sound quality and the Microphone for the phone is very poor. The person I called using this just a couple feet from me and the phone couldn't even understand me.

Do not buy this bluetooth speaker. Sound quality is really bad. Its a cheaply made product. I would suggest you to save your $10 and spend it on something else. Total waste of money.

The volume on this speaker was lower than the volume I get from my phone. I had bought this during a holiday sale, and even the low price wasn't incentive enough to keep the item.

We bought this for our 8 year old and it was horrible. We returned it the next day. I know it's cheap but I have heard better for even less! Don't waste your time!

This speaker is a bargain for the sound quality and features it offers. It has Bluetooth, speakerphone, and long battery life. It is also compact and easy to use. The only downside is that it lacks bass and volume. It is good for casual listening, but not for parties.

Beware. Price is NOT the point here. There is no power over 20 feet from the speakers. Buy something better, more expensive fpr real reliably and performance.

I've purchased small Bluetooth speakers before and they have had decent sound. This one doesn't. Even when it's turned all the way up it lacks volume.

I can’t get the speaker to link (via Bluetooth) to my Amazon Echo.... isn’t it supposed to? According to the description that was provided, it should!

Battery stop holding power after 6 months ,I can’t turn it on anymore even if I charged it for over 24 hrs

It is very disappointment, I see Bluetooth connectivity fluctuation and permanently disconnected.

The sound is muffled and low. Not very clear Doesn’t hold charge for long either. Better products out There.

I bought this for $10 on BF sale for a vacation trip and it blew me away. You wouldn't expect that kind of a sound from a speaker this cheap, but you would be surprised. I ended up buying two. If you are looking for a cheap no worry speaker with good sound (for its size), look no further. I have a 1st gen full size Amazon echo and IMO this speaker sounds better than the full size speaker in Amazon Echo. Buy Echo Dot and this speaker and pair them together, and you will have a much better set-up for less than half the price.
