Opening the box that arrived ready to wrap my daughters birthday present, the box that the speaker came in was in horrible condition! It looked like a bunch of labels had been very badly torn off then (still) carelessly sent on it’s way! To make the whole package even better the speaker is terrible!! The sound quality is better on my phone! Seriously? I didn’t expect much from the price, but from Insignia and Best Buy I expected much better. At the very least least a good to decent sound! Bummer. I wish I had taken a photo of the package!—if I were giving this as a gift under different circumstances I’d be very embarrassed!
