great value but not the best sound you get what you pay for

not even close to being loud enough, dont waste your time

Excellent sound, quite inexpensive, easy to pair, longlasting charge, nothing to complain about. If you are looking for MAJOR quality, such as Bose, etc, look elsewhere but for a basic device, this sounds fantastic.

Purchased a few of these on sale as gifts for family. I kept one for myself, even though I had just purchased a Bose Color speaker. Comparing them, the Bose is much better sounding but at a much LARGER price. For the money, this is a good sounding speaker. Decent range, battery lasts fairly long, and easy to pair.

I connected the speaker to charge for several hours and the speaker powered up and shut it self off within minutes. I was unable to connect it to my devices because it wouldn't hold a charge. The speaker doesn't even work while it's charging, which it

Nice, crisp sound quality, considering the size - even when cranked up. Not much dynamic bass, but you can't really get that in a small unit like this anywhere that I've found. Just that kind of muffled bass that's normal from a small speaker, but the clarity of the audio still makes it worthwhile. You can improve the sound by going to the sound settings on your device, choosing the EQ, and selecting a preferred option that gets the audio more the way you like it.

Let me start this review by saying I have a problem with buying cheap bluetooth speakers. I have bought a half dozen over the last couple of years. I've even splurged to buy a couple at $50. I will say I've never bought $100 speakers like Beats Pills. So as far as this speaker goes, I think it is a little over priced at its regular price of $40. Not quite as nice as my $50 speakers--but close. If you can get it on sale, it's great for its sale price (I got it for under $20). I think it's at the top of the class in that price range. Nice clean sound and plenty loud. Not much bass, but speakers this small are always going to be limited, no matter how expensive, because of the driver size. Wait for it to go on sale and you'll be pleased!

Got this for free with the $50 purchase coupon in my email. this speaker actually gets pretty loud and sounds great until it is turned up all the way. I was already looking for a bluetooth speaker and this deal came up at the perfect time for me. So far, i would say this would still be a good by at the $40 price point it is normally.

I would compare this to a cheaper version of a jbl speaker This speaker I only charged once and have been traveling with it, an have not had to charge. Its been used for more than 10hrs plus and still not low. On my Android it shows the battery status. I would recommend everyone looking for loud inexpensive speakers to get this. Such a good buy!

I got two of these speakers on Black Friday, i was impressed by the sound quality of these speakers. Now don't get me wrong these are not going beat my Bose speaker, but still good quality sound. It connects easily and the battery seems to last for several hours. It has a rubberized texture on the outside, great for taking it outdoors. Keep in mind it's not waterproof. Overall, great gift for family and friends.

I travel so I wanted something inexpensive and small This little speaker does the job. If you're expecting Bose quality sound, then don't buy it; however, if you need something for convenience, travel, or to take outside on the deck, this is an excellent choice. The sound quality is very good.

Sounds was great and can be turned up quite a bit. I would've given this a 5 star if you could done a recharge by placing your tablet/phone/mp3 on the speaker. I'm still working on things, it seems that the speaker can be only linked to one thing at a time. I haven't figured out how to unlink one to get the 2nd one to work, but it's only a small problem.

Had this for a year now and it still works amazing. Just got back from a 6 hour road trip where I used it as a Bluetooth car speaker to talk on the phone and listen to Google Maps directions. The sound from phone calls and Google Maps was as good as any built in car Bluetooth system that I have heard and the battery charge lasted past the 6 hours.

I received this item free as part of my reward membership. The sound on this was amazing for such a small speaker. I have purchased other small portable bluetooth speakers and this one seems to be the best. It last for hours and the sound quality is crystal clear.

I thought this was a good portable speaker to take on the go but it skips all the time once I'm connected to the Bluetooth on my smart phone, even on wifi. :-(

i purchased this item 11-26-15 i went to pick up a jbl flip 3 the color i wanted was out they order it for me. i seen this model so for 10.00 i will try it. it is amazing excellent bass great sound very easy to connect.

Great sound and easy to pair (set-up). My husband has a name-brand speaker almost identical to this one which cost over $100. This one was $9.99 shipped on Black Friday so I figured I would get one for myself. I am now kicking myself for not buying several of them. I think it's a fair price at $39.99 and was a steal for ten bucks!!

The sound and battey life of this portable speaker well worth the price. I was very surprised. Make sure to use a good A/C adapter with a USB input to charge the speaker. You can get one of those at Best Buy as well. It will charge it fast! It seems like I can listen to it for days without having to charge it. Really impressed.

I picked this up when it was on a crazy sale, only 10 dollars. The speaker is a great little device, I bought it knowing it wouldn't be the best speaker I've ever owned, but I was surprised at the quality. No issues connecting devices, warns you when the charge is low (lasts a while), and has the dedicated aux input which I prefer. It's a 4/5 because it can go pretty loud but does tend to distort the sound at higher volumes. Normal listening is totally fine, but if you're trying to blast it you might want to use a different speaker.
