Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first I though it was the cd from the library skipping, but then I listened to 3 other programs and everyone of them skipped after being on for about 20 minutes. I have tried to call the store but gave up after being on hold for 45 minutes today which was the last time I called. Can someone please help me.

It works okay, it does skip

Can’t play it all in short doesn’t work , I try to put different battery and doesn’t work either .not lucky I guess ,I got the bad one.so disappointed . So need to go back tomorrow and return the item . But will not try to get another one better get my money back it sucks. Guess buy electronics with brand name.

Just periodically change batteries. Headset connection may wear out over long time usage.Otherwise good for the price. I use it for meditations everyday.
