I purchased this player and a cord to connect it to the aux input in my vehicle. Either the player or the connecting cable (cord) do not work as they were described in the store to work.

(YES, THEY WERE IN CORRECTLY!) MOVING AND PUSHING ALL OF THE BUTTONS DID NOT EVEN TURN IT ON. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIED EVERYTHING TOO AND IT WOULD NOT WORK EITHER. Every time I try to turn it on it would make funny noises and come up with an error sign that I would attempt a couple more times finally to succeed and getting it to play. This happened every time I tried to use it.
