Works great for listening to in the car while my husband listens to his music on the car sound system.

Bought a 2016 car and found that most cars no longer have a factory CD player available. My wife has a large collection of CD's and was very disappointed. Bought this player and it has a line out for interface to the factory sound system. A simple solution to the problem

This is a nice portable CD player. It has a good anti-shock feature to prevent skipping when your car or bus hits rocky road surfaces. You can also use ear buds in place of the earphones that come with the player.

I have not taken this out of the package yet. I am superstitious and hoping that I can wait until next year to unpack it. I have owned this before and it worked fine when we had a hurricane that left us without power for an extended period. I always have books on disc on hand from the library plus own a few as backup. I am never not reading. Hurricanes are not fun so hoping I don’t need my player.

For an old school approach to cds, this player is a good value for the cost. My teenage daughter lost her phone, so she carries this with her everywhere. An added bonus is the low cost of cds now.

I listen to German music in this, both for relaxation and exercise. I go to burn some calories, and the songs often start skipping - it's kind of annoying! Sony was the best CD player I ever owned.
