Plays very well. It does skip but its expected. Overall very satisfied with it.

I gave this CD player 3 stars only because one of the 2 I bought on May 2nd (not 5/31 as stated here) worked. I gave it away so I'm hoping that it continues to function. The one I kept never worked right: I had trouble getting it to come on, it didn't ever play CDs my husband made and then stopped playing professionally made CDs also. Best Buy gladly replaced it with another brand of the same retail price. That item so far has worked flawlessly.

Operates well. Speakers could be a bit better. Not clear explanation of how to get to other modes beyond regular mode. took a bit to figurfe out. Otherwise quite good

this is a great cd player, the volume and controls are easy to use, the only thing i don't like is that it doesn't remember what track you are on when you restart it.

for what you're getting it idoes a good job. the player works well and it is pretty my tough. My daughter has dropped this a copuple of times and it just keeps going.

Have used it for weeks and it always work, but I read directions very carefully which is always important. Plays all my CDs and CDRs with no problems. I don't use the progression button. I use mine every day and the batteries lasted a very long time. Just memorize instructions and follow them. My Panasonic is 11 years old and still works but I bought this one for backup as Panasonic does not make CD players any more. Have sent back 2 CD players before finding this one.

Some might say why to buy this old thing? Have you thought of power outage or traveling or any other readon??? It only needs batteries and you can still listen to CD! Well, if you got rid of your CDs, you can still purchase them! Take it or leave it! Highly recommend to have one in a household!

First one quit working replacement working great listening to lots of books on tape. Wish headphones came down top of head instead of from side of head. Like to use lying down. Like pause feature and looks mod. Up and down buttons are nice. Only thing I do not like are the headphones because they mount on the side of the head

This was the most reliable inexpensive CD player I could find. It came with the behind-the-head instead of over-the-head headphones. They worked but I don't like the style or the fact they weren't adjustable but that may be a personal preference. I just used another pair of headphones I like better.

This portable cd player is a good product for the money.

Works good, but when you stop it will not stay where you stop. You have to search for where you stopped. I would recommend this player with the provision - You need good eye sight.
