    I've tried a number of CD players recently, and none were satisfactory. I was frustrated until I found this Insignia portable CD player. I like everything about it. I use a power adapter, so I don't bother with batteries. For the record, when I do use batteries, I much prefer only one instead of two. I use rechargable batteries to save money.

    We were so happy to see these are still sold in store. My grandpa was in rehab with a broken hip and wanted it for books on cd. Excellent idea

    It works fine but the quality of the product has gone down a bit over the years. They should make these a bit stronger so when you hit a mini speed bump it doesn't have a fit. So it is an average item to use.

    This is a great value for the price for a portable CD player. It doesn't have a bunch of features but I guess all I needed was the ability to listen to a CD in my jeep. New cars have no cd players...who would have thought.
