My wife needed a simple, portable CD player for work (she is a speech therapist). This worked perfectly. If you have a similar need, this will do the trick without paying much more for a big-name product.

Oh I forgot it comes with behind the head over the ears HEADPHONES and BATTERIES. Grandkids loved them and ALL the adults want one now. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. it was funny to watch the adults wanting it from the kids. This is the ONLY ONE MADE LIKE THIS. They really cared about making customers HAPPY especially the PRICE. FOR KIDS AND ADULTS. PERFECT!

The CD player serves my need for a portable CD music listening device when I travel. The sound is very good and having a FM tuner in the unit is an added plus.

I bought this player for my sister, and she liked it so much my mom asked for one as well. They love the quality, the easy-to-read display and that it's very easy to use.

I use this player when cutting my lawn on a 17.5 hp lawn tractor. I hit lots of bumps and have never had a skip. No problem with batteries; they last a long time since the delay is only 45 seconds, which functions perfectly. Battery complaints probably were about older models of this player that had 240 second delay, which is completely unnecessary. This newer version does not function with a remote, and I was told by a Best Buy (Geek Squad) technician that the newer player had been reprogrammed. I love this item, but the headphones do not work in a noisy environment; need to purchase noise canceling headphones if using in a noisy environment. Sony ns-p5113 works great with this player.

This is a handy player for individual use. It was not too expensive, and is very intuitive and user friendly.

This is good for my 5 yr old grandson to listen to children’s books on CD! He likes to read and turn the page at the “ping” as the story goes along. His 3 yr old brother likes it too. Only wish it had a “Pause” button so they could stop, and start again in the same place rather than play from beginning again. But, overall a good buy for this use, and can play music cd’s too.

there is no cd player in my car. Bought this to plug into aux plug. works well. no skipping.

I bought to listen to an audio book for children. $40 plus insurance to listen to aan audio book about Al Capone at Alcatraz for children? Dedication pure and simple.

This CD player is easy to use and I have learned how to use all of the selections. I bought different earphones, but other wise the player deserved 5 stars. Thank you.

FM works great but short range is typical for FM antenna. The pause button works for a short pause and resumes automatically. Sometimes I return and the CD has finished and I have to sort through the tracks to find my place.

we purchased this item to listen to mp3 audio books.it works w/ the mp3 but does not bookmark where you left off, so every time you turn the player off you lose your spot. an mp3 disc had 100,s of tracks and if you are on track 302 you have to keep pushing the button to get to 302, and then do it again next time and the next time etc. very much a pain in the ///.
