I was pleased that it came with a headset. It seems very portable, functional and easy to use. I have not tried the Mp3 or FM tuner.

Bought this to listen to audio books in our car

The only downside is on a recent four hour trip we had to replace the batteries after three hours. Insignia needs to develop a car adapter that supports the CD player.

The use of the player is easy, but batteries do not last very long at all. I have had many CD players in the past, and have never had one use batteries up as fast as this one.

This portable CD player lets me keep my hard-media, so when your technology dies on you, which is inevitable, you'll still have yours. Keep plenty of batteries handy, however.

Needed an old school CD player, this one is great!
