The CD player is slow to load in my opinion and stutters on the last one or two bands. Also fails to remember the settings from previous session. Doubt that I would recommend this produt to a "friend" I wanted to impress.

wife had purchase another AM/FM CD player that did not play the CD's. Tried this one & it works perfectly. She's happy, so I'm happy. Thanks!!

My main reason for buying this was to play an mp3 book on disc. Other listening options make this a pretty good buy.

My 92 year old mom who suffered a stroke can operate it easily, one handed, after I had programed her favorite radio stations on it and put in a favorite CD of hers. However I did have to put larger print labels on it. This is easy for her to keep in her lap when in the wheel chair or bed. It had better radio reception than the boom box radio I got. She uses it all day and at night when she has insomnia. So of course we have trouble having to change the batteries every other day. We wish we could recharge it by just plugging it in like a cell phone.

A friend had an audio book that she wanted to listen to, but could only listen to it on the CD player in her car. I researched portable CD players on Best Buy and found this one. Although made of plastic which potentially could crack or break, it had good features and good sound quality. These days, with everyone streaming music, CD's are a dinosaur and portable CD players are difficult to find. I was glad to find this one.

Use this to fall asleep at night. Works well. Good sound.

Needed a cd player for my car to listen to recorded books from the library while traveling. This player did the trick perfectly.

This CD player does everything that's listed. It's the second one purchased in the last few years. Great quality for the price!

This is a reasonable CD / MP3 player. The sound was good. The only issue is that it needs AA batteries to be replaced fairly often.

I use this CD player when I am listening to books on CD. The remote feature makes it so easy to move forward and back on the CD. It also remembers where you were when the power dies so it is easy to find your place again when listening to books. I especially appreciate the quality of the sound. When wearing ear buds it is important to have the quality so you can keep the volume lower. This is my favorite portable CD player and I work through at least two players a year.

I would recommend this for anyone wanting to listen to a CD while moving around the house, in a car w/o a working CD player, at a ball game with earbuds, etc. (lol)

This product works quite well. The CD player and radio are easy to use and the price is very affordable.

A dying tech but what an I to do with all my CDs. Performance is good and sound is good FM is a plus.

This is a radio and CD player and my husband likes to walk around and listen to his football games and his CDs while he works in the yard. This is great because the player fits in his pockets and he can hear with the headphones - and I don't have to hear it if he's in the house!
