Took some time to get the player to work ok, but other than that is a useful device.

I will be buying the small digit camera for my up coming trip. It looks like the best one for my needs.

I was looking for a c-d player for my truck,great!

Did the job. Bought a new car and didn't realize cars don't come with CD players anymore. I still occasionally want to listen to a CD while driving so this enables me to do that. Was a decent price and has worked well.

This player fits the reason I bought it. I listen to audio books at night and it works perfect. This replaced another player that was just like this one, That one lasted a long time so I look forward to having this one for quite a while before it needs replacement.

Everything works well, except the best buy description states this unit has a remote, well it doesn't come with a remote.

I know it's old school, but the fact that I don't have to use my old "boom box" to listen to my CDs is a plus.

Great little unit for the price. Needed something simple and reliable and this fits the bill.

Battery life and sound quality is horrible. Not as good as I thought it would be.

Volume is not quite high enough. FM radio stations don’t come in very well.

The CD player used up a lot of batteries in just one day it just sucked the life out of my battery for this particular CD player you have to get the rechargeable batteries other than that it was pretty good

Skip protection is too sensitive for use on front seat of my car. I have an cassette adaptor I use to play CD's as my car is 18 years old and I'm not investing anymore money into it except oil changes. Turning off the skip protection helps but the "off" function only works if you hit it at exactly the right moment during start up.

I needed a small player for a recent trip. This fit nicely in my carry on and made my trip more enjoyable.

The Sony Discman which was discontinued recently was better, more flexible, and more expensive than the Insigniaand worth the difference. I hope Sony reintroduces a variant of the Discman soon but likely thay won't happen.

wanted a portable cd player for awhile. this one has great sound and easy playback for this grandmother.i only wish it had a carry case.

The volume does not go loud enough for someone who's hearing is not great

It is small, compact, has great sound, earphones are good and it's easy to use.

I wanted a cd player for work. This works and and I like the FM tuner.

The headset plug only made contact at a very narrow point - couldn't push it in too far, or leave it out too far- had to be just right! So you couldn't move the unit without it going on and off. There are no external speakers so you cannot use it without the headset. The sound is not the best, but the price reflects that. I would say it's good for a kid.
