Yes it works just find ready for my trip thank you

I am a huge fan of Best Buy's but I had just a terrible experience with my most recent repurchase of a URC MX780 wireless remote control. I went to my local BB to purchase this remote control that costs $299.00. I had to replace the one I had because it no longer worked. The salespersons at TV/Audio dept were very helpful, but they were dead wrong with what I was told. I was told that after purchase I could program this remote myself. WRONG! You cannot, you must hire a Harmony technician to come to your home to program the device. By thee way that is another $100.00 to do this and you have a 4 hour waiting window for the tech to come and do the programming. To boot, my online experience to talk to a "live" person was excruciating!! 4 phone calls, 3 disconnects, a total of 40 plus minutes on hold and forced to hear the absolute worst "waiting" music that was barely audible. I was so ticked off that I have taken the time to write this negative review. Please note that this is my first bad review for BB. In the past, ALL my BB reviews have been positive. Hey Best Buy's, I am loyal customer but you really need to improve on the things that I have addressed in this review. Regards, Dan

On a recent road trip our rental car did not have a CD player. We grabbed this item at the last minute so we could listen to audio books. It worked perfectly!

I went retro to listen to some music and audio books. I enjoy it!

I gave this "Good" as I don't know what the durability is yet. Features are very good, and has the MP3 play ability, however there is no place to attach a wrist or neck strap to it. I've been using a Sony for years and just wore it out, and this Insignia is most similar to it as i have found.

Its nice, but it does not service my purpose, I think I am going to trade it in and upgrade.

It wasn't what I was expecting, so therefore I returned the item. The product seemed fine, it just wasn't what I was looking for.

Using for first time on a audio book, does not seem to be working correctly. I have changed batteries and it still says low batteries and shuts off. Not satisfied with product. Will be returning to store as unit is faulty. Disappointed,

Easy to use. Does not do a lot of skipping with movement.

I don't know what to say about this, but I don't think that I would recommend this product. I'ts ok but that about it.
