This was purchased for my husband who listens to CDs often and had been complaining about his old one. He's really used this one already and really enjoys it.

Thought I would save a few bucks on an open package item that was described as Excellent. It came in the original blister pack with all the items and paperwork. The blister pack was re-sealed with a "Inspected by Best Buy" sticker. However, when I opened the player, the left hinge pin was missing and the lid spring was unattached. It's clear that whoever inspected the unit didn't do a thorough job. No sign of the missing hinge pin--probably why the player was returned. My advice is to restrict open package purchases to your local store. The item took seven days to arrive even though it was sent Priority Mail. Will be returning to my local Best Buy for a refund. Annoying purchase overall. Can't comment on the quality of the player since it arrived D.O.A. Disappointed to waste time on this item.

Great gift for my father (around 70 years), who needs something easy to use... And a good price also!

We can't get it to start playing where we left off listening to it. Very disappointing.

Great little player if you need something that will also play MP3.

I bought the lower priced model first as it played my CDs in my new car; all I needed it for. I replaced the batteries twice but the device would just quit for no apparent reason. I exchanged it for the slightly better model, with the idea that there was some defect in the first one, plus I would get a power cord (there is a place for one) and skip the batteries. Maybe I can find it on Amazon, Best Buy didn't carry one. I may end up having to return it. I realize it is antiquated tech but I thought there would still be attachments for it.

Couldn't get back to the part of the book without starting over. Very cumbersome for my needs.

I had purchased for a friend and he has no complaints.

I got it to my old school mother in law. She is in love with the gift. Fit exactly her needs.

It is good for when I go walking although I really wish that it was a little more compact

I am alone now and it gets pretty quite around here since my wife has gone to be with our Lord. I take my player with me where ever I go. I have a Golf Cart I ride around the neighbor hood and listen to my music. Helps a Lot.!!!

Solid Cd player and does the job it needed to do!!

I often listen to a cd from my easy chair and it is so great to be able to turn it on or off by just pushing the button on the remote.

Won’t restart from where you left off. It starts over at the first track.

Had it for a month then it quit working for no reason. Good while it lasted.

went back and bought the mp3 player that i was going to buy the first time and was talk into buying the cd player. was bad advice from sells man

cd's are becoming obsolete as well as equipment to play them on. this is a great item to travel with and always have your music at hand

Considering there aren't a lot of choices in this day of age, I was pleased to purchase this. Pricing is right and works as advertised.
