Instead, it has a 5VDC power connection that is not USB. Consequently, to use it in my car, I have to go from 12VDC to 110VAC to a power supply with the right connector. It is cumbersome and expensive.

Told my wife not to buy it, not quality just cheap

They could not get it to work and exchanged it. Second unit worked for one day and went haywire. Not playing or skipping, and suddenly stopping. Wish I could give less than 1 ⭐️
