This case was only kind of useful. I put it on speaker and instantly knew that I had to take it back to the store. I would say it is only useful with headphones or if you just want to use some apps on your phone or not use your phone on speaker.

Very good product, I have recommended it to my friends and family.

It works however be careful leaving it in for too long or in an enclosed space because it can get really, really hot however if you're only plugging it in for phone for short charges, it's fine.

this is my first portable charger and even if it helps me when I'm completely out of batteries, It does not charge my phone fully. I would have expected that to happen, but well, at least it helps me go by. And for the price, that's good.

Very low capacity, so don't expect this to fully charge your phone. Especially not if you're using the phone while charging off this battery pack. Spend more for a higher storage capacity, quicker charge, better package.

My phone charges the stick - I charged the device via my laptop, then plugged in my phone, which was about 50%. I checked 20 minutes later, and my phone was now at 29% charged. Galaxy Note 4. Maybe it works better with older phones

It looks nice, compact but takes forever to charge up. I needed a little more juice for my phone and wasn't impressed with how much I got out of it. For the price you can get 2.

I have two chargers. This one sent to me by Amazon (I think) as a gift worked once. Since then it does not hold a charge or charge other items. I through it away because Best Buy would not replace. Kinda chintzy...

I returned it because it was to charge for 3 1/2 hours before it was to be used, with the blue light indicating it was ready for use. After about 30 minutes, the light turned blue. I tried using it and it never kept a charged.

i returned this item because there are no lights telling me how much battery life the item has. i bought one for the same price that has 3 little lights that tell me how charged up it is. i would not buy this product
