I hate that the ice makes in this large block that doesn’t break up before it actually falls it’s hard to break the ice once it falls in the actually ice bucket so you would need to get an additional ice bucket to dump the ice and break it up

This thing is so incredibly loud when it is making ice. This can't be normal. It grinds and squeals so loud that nobody can hear each other in the next room. Only quiet after it dumps ice.

Second ice machine and both have stopped working. Motors locked up on both. Friends bought one and it leaked right out of the box. Probably will not buy any insignia brand merchandise again

Ice pick needed

Very poor design. Also, since does moving water freeze faster. Nature tells us otherwise. Buyer beware!!
