Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased one of Best Buy's Insignia ice makers and it randomly started to leak and leave rust all over my countertop under the machine. You'd think the support process would be painless, seeing as it's a store brand. You'd think wrong. I emailed, which was the only option presented on their support page and after a bunch of back and forward exchanges versus going great - let's setup an in-store replacement. They go great, now call this number and tell all of this to them. This was around the holiday time, so like most people I got busy and I'm just now getting around to following up on this and of course it's outside the 1 year warranty so I guess I'm the fool stuck holding the bag now (and we're talking weeks outside not even a full month). Learned my lesson and will definitely stay far away from Insignia products in the future.
