I get a full basket, which I dump in ice bags for my deep chest freezer just about every hour and a half. Works well and very easy to use.

The reviews were encouraging, some reviewers stated that the ice does not melt easily as does some other brands, and that has been my experience. The machine is sleek, aesthetically pleasing, not very noisy, and churns out ice every 11 minutes or so, in the shape of a small ice tray. It's not difficult to break the ice apart, but my preference would have been individual cubes. For the price, this is an excellent product, easy to assemble and use. Does anyone know if it ever runs out of freeon, and if so, is it refillable?

One thing I don’t like is that you have to break the ice sheets up yourself which leads to a lot of chipped ice, I have the smaller insignia ice maker as well for my other home and the ice cubes aren’t clear but they are a consistent shape. Overall great product so far and perfect for use when you’re having a lot of guest over and need the ice machine pumping out ice.

So far I'm satisfied. This ice maker has several different settings for the thickness you desire. Self cleaning button and very easy to use. Kinda big on counter top. But when done,just slide in corner of way.May take 7-9 mins to make first drop. After that time various on setting. I recommend this product. Hopefully will use many yrs.

Great Addition To My Bar!!

I didn’t want to pay a fortune to have them repaired yet. Needed a quick fix. I got this ice maker on sale and it sits on my bar. It works great! It will keep making ice if the ice you havent used melts. Also just been storing bags in the freezer. Cool feature to add to my bar and got me by in a pinch until I can get a reliable company to fix my refrigerators.
