The only hiccup I noticed was with the Size function. For a while it gave me a mix of large and small cubes regardless of the size I selected. After starting back up (you have to give it 3minutes off after “add water”Light comes on) I got sad little transparent pellets that get better. Overall happy with my purchase. Would do it again. The “ice full” is annoying. It’s never full just stuck on top of each other.

I love the cherry red finish which adds to the kitchen and style of my galley kitchen anyways.

He spent a good 30 mins with me locating exactly what I wanted including a new monitor. He also spent some time with me deciding on a Air Fryer. They were out of the one I wanted but he was willing to look around at nearby stores to help me. Great experience Best Buy!

Our freezer ice maker stopped working and to repair if we could get the parts would be too much $$. The only draw back is - as it makes ice we fill our freezer ice bin and ice bonds together, so we break apart as needed.

I have nothing but praise for this. I use it in the closet of my home theater room which is upstairs from our kitchen. It has worked exactly as it should. Makes plenty of ice in 2 different size cubes and makes ice fast Zero complaints.
