It produces 9 bullets of ice every 5 minutes or so. When I get a bag of it I put it in the refrigerator's ice maker and now the ice maker works again. I was using plastic ice trays but they clog the ice maker. This is perfect. I use bottled water just to make sure it continues to work well. I use it every 3 days or so. Best purchase I made on black Friday. Love it.

I used to do the ice trays in the freezer and after 20 plus years of utilizing those I didn't think having an ice maker machine at home was a possibility without expending hundreds of dollars. I drink an Iced Coffee every night for work, so this is amazing it gets used pretty much every day.

I put them in bag in freezer to harden them before putting in ice dispenser in refrigerator door. It has no refrigeration to hold them several hours but I just wanted to quit buying ice and this solves that problem completely. I always use filtered water from my pitcher. We could sure tell when I accidentally used tap water.

If the ice stays in the tray too long it will start to melt but if you go thru a lot of ice like us then it's perfect. I noticed the price went up since I bought this, I paid around 80$ for mine I definitely don't think it's worth 125...
