We dont have an ice maker on our fridge and I was tired of running out to go buy bags of ice. The tray is full in of ice in less than 20 minutes. I have it running for a few hours every few days and move the extra ice to the freezer. It is a little on the loud side. It's like having a second refrigerator in the kitchen but it's worth every penny.

Overall, I’ve enjoyed this ice maker. It’s fast in making ice and the ice is so crunchy. My only complaint is that the ice seems to melt terribly fast when it hits liquid. I’m not sure why , but it’s still good ice !

Couple of drawbacks, they melt instantly but luckily the machine produces about 9 cubes every 5-8 minutes. The other drawback is the water plug at the bottom of the machine it's kind of cheap and a little difficult to remove and replace, but so far has not broken.

Love the option to have small cubes or large. It a little loud when making ice not loud enough to not want to purchase. I don’t use tap water but bottle water. It make ice taste so much better.

My wife gave me a lot of grief when I bought but she has since turned around as we use it all the time! It's great for parties/company and we even brought it on vacation a few times. We don't use daily, but have absolutely no regrets on this purchase! Easy to use and a breeze to put away.

The first ice maker was replaced under Best Buy insurance. The second machine would register low on water when it was not. Buy the warranty

Not to mention that during 2020 meant that the ice the refrigerator made wasn’t enough for kids at home. We have used it for almost a whole year and it hasn’t failed us yet. I feel I got my money’s worth. Highly recommend this if you need more ice. Better than grabbing bags at the convenience store.

My only regret is not just buying 2 of these to start. This beats the Frigidaire one I have. It is much quicker and less prone to capture tray error issues. Using non stop an Very happy with this.

I thought it was one that made the nugget ice like sonic. The pellets a little bigger than Sonic but its been a win with this. I cant help but make ice on a daily basis. Love that yiu can drain the ice and water. This my carty and go.

I saw it making the ice and the pieces were a nice size and there was no plastic or metal taste after a few cycles which was good. The only downfall is that the basket doesn’t keep the ice cold so it has to be transferred to the freezer after the ice is made to preserve its size but other than that it’s a great product.
