It’s good to buy this mini ice maker. I have a fresh ice to use every day instead of use ice in freezer with a lot of raw food. I work well until now after 3 months non-stop run. I like this ice maker.

Purchased as a gift for friends, and they are certainly enjoying it. Makes reasonable quality soft ice, makes the amount in the time stated in the description.

My girlfriend got addicted to ice during pregnancy. She wanted a hospital type nugget machine but those are way too big for our smaller size kitchen. We rent currently so a new fridge is out of the question. This fits perfect at the end of the counter and is basically running 24/7 for her. She LOVES it!!!

Our icemaker on our refrigerator stopped working. This was an inexpensive solution to getting ice. Works very well and produces all the ice we need.

Worked really!! The price was reasonable. It makes ice every 3 to 5 minutes and the well holds plenty of water. No problems for around 10 months with the exception of the ice tray is a bit light and fragile and not very large. Today, it decides to stop working. I still would recommend it. It has worked with no problems.

I like it very much, however, I would have liked the lid on top to be better so that the ice stayed longer. I use it daily, it seems to be a good ice maker for someone who uses it for small volumes.

Ice "cubes" every six minutes! This ice maker exceeded my expectations. Speedy delivery. And -- so far -- after several weeks -- dependable ice for Happy Hour. As reviews mention, the new ice is wet & once in the freezer can be a frozen lump. That's easily fixed with a smack! It's not Sonic ice, but the pellets cool cocktails [and Diet Dr Pepper] just fine.

Perfect for our camper. The fridge is so small, so ice trays take up much needed room, and take overnight to freeze. The Insignia portable ice maker makes ice quickly so no need to wait. And it recycles the ice when it melts, to make more ice. We've been wanting one, so when it went on sale, we didn't hesitate. We also took it to a cookout because we knew they'd run out of ice - it was much used that day!

I purchased the ice maker for my husband for Father’s Day and he is still talking about it. We have an ice make on our refrigerator but he kept it empty and no one could have any ice. He has this little gem in our home bar and turns it on as soon as he arrives home. Now the refrigerator ice maker is always full. We all prefer ice from the new ice maker. It is easy to work and I love making the ice different sizes.

Me and my wife instantly started saving money and drinking a lot more water. No more half empty water bottles around the house just fill my standley up and im great for hours the ice is nice and the best to chew on

I’ve ordered 2 already going on 3, first got one for myself than my mother as a gift now for my friend. We all LOVE ice and a Good working machine. Highly recommend, just clean it with vinegar it can smell quickly if you don’t routinely clean it. Press the power button for a few secs to get it to self clean

This ice maker is compact and works great. I would recommend.

Used in our apartment as a way to have ice because the fridge ice maker doesn't work. Make ice pretty fast and holds enough for 2 people. Some of the "cubes" don't fully form is the only complaint.

Very pleased with product..stylish stainless steel..just wish company would of made a holder for scooper on outside of the unit.

Great price. We had an identical model from Frigidaire that lasted two years…Insignia brand is great! No need to spend hundreds more for GE.
