If you dont use up all the ice made it melts and resuses the water to make a new batch of ice. Def. recommend

It produces the ice quickly and puts out a lot of ice with one fill up of water. I wish it had a way of holding the ice without it melting, but that would make it much bigger and heavier. The ice bin is over the water reservoir, so any melt goes back into it to be used again. Very happy with this purchase.

Makes ice cubes relatively quickly, and can turn it off so it doesn’t run overnight. Appreciate that there’s small and large ice cubes to choose from.

It's always just kind of doing it's thing making ice as needed. It produces ice pretty quickly. Having a dedicated ice maker is nice since you don't get any freezer flavors in the ice.

I did a lot of research on portable ice makers. This one did not disappoint. It takes about 6-8 hrs for me to fill my ice container in the freezer but….. I am saving money in the long run. The ice is fresh, perfectly sized, and there when I need it.

So, with rewards points and a great deal, we decided to try this ice machine. So far, so great!

When the basket is full I pour the ice into zip lock freezer bags and throw them in the freezer so I always have ice for the beer cooler!

Little Work Horse

I drink iced drinks all day long - winter and summer. This ice maker is a little work horse. Some days we have it running for hours! We are very happy with our purchase.
